Terms of Service

Quotes & orders
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are in New Zealand Dollars and exclude GST unless stated. An order is confirmed once you approve the proof and provide written or email confirmation to proceed.
Artwork & proofing
It is your responsibility to check all proofs carefully before approving for production. The Label Room is not liable for errors in content, spelling or design that were present in the approved proof. We will provide physical or digital proofs as appropriate.
Production & delivery
Standard production time is 7–10 working days from proof approval. While we make every effort to meet agreed timelines, production times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery charges apply for shipments outside Auckland.
Payment terms
Payment terms are agreed per client and stated on your invoice. Standard terms are the 20th of the month following invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges.
Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all artwork and designs you provide to us. We retain ownership of any tooling, plates, or dies created for your order. We may use images of completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
