What clients can expect
A practical, in-person approach
Most client meetings are straightforward: we bring samples, talk through stocks and finishes, look at the artwork, and help narrow down what is commercially sensible for the run length and product type.
That matters because labels are tactile. A PDF can show the design, but it will not tell you how an uncoated stock feels in hand, how a foil catches the light, or whether a chiller label is the right material for the job.
Karen and Lou handle site visits where it makes sense. Craig is usually involved earlier in the brief, especially around sales, quoting and practical project support.
