How fast will you respond?
Same day, every working day. If you submit during office hours (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm NZT), expect a reply within a few hours. Outside hours we reply first thing the next morning.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
No. Digital printing means we can run as few as 50 labels. Offset is more cost-effective for runs over ~2,000. We'll recommend the right method for your quantity.
What information should I include in my brief?
Label size (or bottle/container dimensions), quantity, stock preference (or 'need advice'), any finishes you want (foil, emboss, spot UV), and your deadline. A PDF or image of your current artwork helps us quote accurately.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes, any time during office hours. We're at 20 Lansford Crescent, Avondale, Auckland. Come and feel the stocks, see the press running, and discuss your project in person.
