BOPP is the most versatile label material we print. It’s waterproof, tear-resistant, food-contact approved, and takes colour beautifully — which is why it’s the default choice across craft beer, cosmetics, chilled food, cleaning products and most industrial applications.
Where BOPP excels
- Chilled and frozen environments — stays bonded and legible down to freezer temperatures
- Wet environments — bottle condensation, ice buckets, dishwasher-adjacent use
- Outdoor applications — holds up to UV and weather better than paper
- Tight curves and small diameters — conforms without wrinkling
Finish options
White, clear, matte, gloss and metallic BOPP are all in stock. Clear BOPP gives the premium “no label look” that works brilliantly on craft spirits, boutique cosmetics and premium RTD beverages. Metallic BOPP is a cost-effective alternative to foil stamping for reflective elements.
When to consider an alternative
If sustainability is a priority, recycled-content synthetics or paper stocks may be a better fit — we’ll walk through the tradeoffs. If you need extreme chemical resistance (solvents, aggressive cleaners), PET or specialty films can outperform BOPP.
