Clear film labels create the premium no-label look. They work well on spirits, cosmetics, bottled water, oils and premium glass packaging where the product itself should remain visible.
We usually recommend proofing clear film against the actual bottle or jar, because the product colour behind the label changes how the artwork reads.

Watch-outs
Clear labels need proofing on the actual container or a close equivalent. Artwork that reads clearly on a white screen can disappear once it sits over amber glass, dark liquid or a curved bottle.
